We are pleased to offer $149 full conference registration to any student, resident, or fellow interested in attending. Individuals planning to register at the Student/Resident/Fellow rate must submit written confirmation on their learning institution’s letterhead from a faculty mentor that they are a current student. The letter of confirmation will need to be uploaded and emailed to info@utahfallconference.com Please note that students, residents, and fellows are not eligible to claim credit for their conference attendance and that no registration discounts may be combined with this registration type.
