Kent is the founder of Previdence Corporation. He is a master clinician practicing therapy for over 30 years, specializing in the treatment of trauma. He is a graduate of Auburn University and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He has served on the board of Directors for Weber State University’s Department of Child and Family Studies.  He and his wife created Avant Mental Wellness Foundation, which helps Schools ,public safety organizations, Military personnel, and Veterans. Kent helped organize the LDS Widow/Widower’s Grieving Group.  He and his wife Susan have been married for 46 years, they have 3 children and 9 grandchildren.
