Dr. JeanAnne Johnson Talbert has over 30 years of experience in the medical field as both a Family Practice and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.   

 JeanAnne graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, with a Master’s Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She later received a Doctorate degree in Healthcare Administation and a second in Psychiatry/ Mental Health from Rush University.  She is board certified in Family Practice, Psychiatric/ Mental Health, and Addictions. 

She currently owns her own practice and is the Medical Director for three Substance Use/ Mental Health residential treatment centers.  She provides psychiatric care to six residential treatment centers for children and adolescents, and is the psychiatric provider for the Federal Probation and Parole patients in Utah.  She is considered an expert on psychopharmacology and speaks nationally on the subject on a regular basis.
